Five days dedicated to one of the most important, and most difficult, responsibilities of senior school leadership: turning strategy into action.
Designed exclusively for independent schools, the Strategic Leadership Intensive equips executives and senior leaders with the knowledge, frameworks and practical tools to build strategy, lead it and turn it into sustained organisational action.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
LED BY STEPHEN SCOTT
Stephen Scott is the Founder of ETHICLEAD®, creator of The 15 Disciplines® and STRATEGIST, and an author, facilitator and strategic leadership practitioner with more than four decades of leadership experience.
His experience spans 22 years in the Royal Australian Air Force, including teaching leadership at the RAAF College, independent school governance, and more than 15 years working closely with Boards, Principals and senior leaders across Australia's independent school sector.
Stephen brings that experience together to make complex strategy practical, applicable and directly relevant to the realities of leading an independent school.
