Confidential Peer Roundtables for Leadership Navigating Complexity and Accountability.

Leadership can be isolating, particularly at senior levels where decisions carry real consequence and responsibility.

ETHICLEAD’s Leadership Roundtables bring together a small group of experienced leaders in a confidential, high-trust environment to share insight, test thinking, and strengthen judgement. Designed by leaders, for leaders, the roundtables provide structured peer learning grounded in ethical leadership, governance discipline, and practical problem-solving.

Each roundtable is limited to eight members, creating the depth of conversation, trust, and accountability required for meaningful outcomes. Through regular facilitated meetings and an annual retreat, members benefit from collective wisdom while developing the clarity and confidence needed to lead effectively in complex environments.

PROGRAM FORMAT & STRUCTURE

TESTIMONIALS

Steve and the ETHICLEAD Team deliver what I consider to be the best professional learning for educators currently available. Steve's approach is both challenging and rewarding - he ask lots from the participants of the programs he delivers, but the payoff is immense. Could not recommend this service more highly!

ETHICLEAD has been pivotal in my leadership journey. Through a variety of PD courses and networking opportunities, I've not only grown personally but I'm now better equipped to support other leaders in my college.
